Examples of enforcement

Successful advocacy on behalf of individuals, ranchers, and a bed & breakfast against a mining expansion, leading EPA to remand an Underground Injection Control (UIC) program request for exemption of a Southeastern Utah aquifer from drinking water protections

Ongoing litigation with seasoned Clean Air Act experts, Reed Zars and George Hayes, to enforce prohibitions on modifying and tampering with pollution control devices and investigate polluting heavy industries

Litigated with local groups and residents to advance safe drinking water in Newark, NJ, which faced lead levels in water that threatened public health

Investigated and reported on environmental pollution impacting incarcerated individuals and surrounding rural communities in a notorious Southeastern prison
