Michelle Newman Fein Principal

Michelle Fein is a public interest litigator and environmental justice advocate.  She has represented citizens, non-profits, and community groups enforcing federal environmental laws like the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and Safe Drinking Water Act, and helped communities seeking to alleviate pollution where they live. Prior to founding her own law office, she was a litigation fellow at the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) and a law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah. She has a J.D. ('15) from Northeastern University School of Law, where she was a Public Interest Law Scholar, and a B.A. ('10) from the University of Pennsylvania.
